ALERTYS ONFARM 10 TEST WITH SAMPLE COLLECTION

The IDEXX Alertys™ OnFarm Pregnancy Test is a rapid and reliable method for detecting pregnancy-associated glycoproteins (PAGs) in whole blood (EDTA), plasma (EDTA), or serum of cattle, goats, and sheep as a marker of pregnancy. This convenient on-farm test helps increase safety for both workers and animals, provides results within minutes, and makes it easier to identify open animals quickly. The results are clear and straightforward, allowing for confident decision-making without the subjectivity and extensive training required by traditional methods. For best results and to ensure proper herd management, it is recommended that this test be used in consultation with your veterinarian. Blood samples are collected from the underside of the tail using a needle, syringe, and EDTA tube, and results are available within 20 minutes, making the process both efficient and convenient.  This kit contains ten individually packaged Alertys™ OnFarm Tests, each complete with a sample pipette and wash solution capsule. It also includes ten 18-gauge, 1-inch double-ended needles, ten 2 mL EDTA evacuated tubes, and two large needle holders. The kit is designed for ease of use in the field and can be stored at temperatures between 2°C and 30°C.
