Frequently Asked Questions
Can you ship to a PO Box?
No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a complete address where you would have parcels shipped.
I get Grand Valley Fortifiers (GVF) premix/feed delivered. Can my Farmers Depot order come along with that on the GVF truck?
YES! We are happy to send your shipment along with your GVF delivery. Orders going along with an existing GVF delivery are always free shipping, regardless of the order total.
I forgot to order something on my list. Can I add on to an order that is already placed?
In most cases, once an order is placed it cannot be changed or added to and any new items would need to be placed on a separate order (and could be subject to shipping charges if they do not qualify for free shipping on their own). If you would like to add on to an order that is already placed, please contact us right away to see if this is possible. “Add ons” to courier orders are subject to an $8.50 fee. If your order is going with your next GVF feed order there is a better chance to add on than if your order is shipping out by courier.
